Thomson Tremblay employs a large pool of temporary employees and assigns them to clients as needed. As their employer, we are responsible for them for the duration of their employment with our clients. We handle all the administrative responsibilities including recruitment, turnover and payroll. Temporary staff is paid exclusively for the work that is performed. Fees for temporary staff are based on an hourly pay rate which you specify, plus a fixed mark-up percentage.
